Description

Boost Me (for free)

A lot of time and effort went into this model. If you like it, a free boost would mean a lot and helps it reach more makers. Thanks for the love!

This is my fully modular anti-fog unit designed for helmet systems, specifically built for airsoft use. The design focuses on modularity, affordability, and durability while keeping the unit compact and well protected during gameplay.

The housing is designed to mount securely to standard helmet setups and protects all internal components from impacts, dirt, and moisture commonly encountered in airsoft environments. The modular construction allows individual parts to be replaced, modified, or adapted to different helmet configurations.

A key feature of this system is the large-capacity LiPo battery, which provides long runtime compared to typical anti-fog solutions. In addition to powering the anti-fog fan system, the unit includes a USB-C output that can be used to supply power to helmet-mounted devices such as thermal cameras or other low-power electronics.

The goal of this project is to offer a practical, customizable, and cost-effective anti-fog solution that integrates cleanly into modern helmet setups while also expanding functionality beyond fog prevention.

Replying to @sammelmeister :
Sounds good. Also, your parts list calls out an M3x25 screw but the instructions say M3x30. Which is correct?

Hello, could you put the links to the parts here, as they are not working! Thanks

Thank you for your feedback. I am currently checking why the links are not working properly and will update them shortly. In the meantime, I have also considered several alternative options for different fans. The models I initially used were equipped with sleeve bearings, but I have since switched to versions with ball bearings, as they are generally more durable and reliable.
