ToeGuard – Pinky Toe Armor

If you’ve ever walked past a table leg and instantly regretted being alive… this one’s for you.

ToeGuard is a lightweight, comfortable pinky-toe protector made for everyday life, at home, in socks, and during those “I’m just grabbing something real quick” moments where the furniture is always waiting. I’ve tested it multiple times and it genuinely makes a difference. The best part? After a minute, it barely feels like you’re wearing anything at all.

It’s designed to sit snugly on the pinky toe and take the hit instead of your toe taking the full impact. No drama. No limping. Just peace.

Versions

V1 – Socks edition 
Simple, open-top design with a clean single-color look. This version is made to fit comfortably inside a sock and stay out of the way while still doing its job.

V2 – Extra protection “roof” edition
For those who want more coverage. This version adds a top cap and comes in multiple style options:

• Single color
• Multi-color
• Nordic Sigil of Protection edition
• Optimized for 0.2 mm nozzle (recommended for the detailed variants)

Notes

• I’ve adding my toe measurements but the model will fit most people nicely. 
• As always, tolerances can vary between printers/materials—if it feels tight, lightly sand, test again, and you’ll get a perfect fit.

Because sometimes the smallest toe causes the biggest pain and it’s time to stop letting it win!!

Size
My idea was that the model should be easy to scale up or down if needed, which is why I included the measurements it was originally adapted for.

A good first step is to try the open version of the model, since it is basically built on the same foundation.

If you still can’t get the fit right, feel free to send me the 3 measurements I designed it around, and I’ll do my best to create another size for you.
