Hyper Tough Stack Gridfinity Base 3Drawer Tool Box

Split Gridfinity 7×5 base for Hyper Stack Tool box 3 drawer.

These bases fit the bottom 2 of the 3 drawers that are deep. Not the top drawer. 

I used Gridfinity Generator found here. Then made my own cubed spacers within Bambu studio.

There’s 2 designs: Style A and Style B

Style A. Uses full 42 mm pitch with offset slim borders to fit around molded walls. 

Two plates (4×5 + 3×5) with 19 mm clearance strips on one side.

Style B. Uses a 6x5 base plate and then a 2x5 plate with one column narrow sitting at around 37.8mm wide and not the standard 42. Will be doing bins to fit that custom size eventually.

For both Styles there are (7)Spacers that go alongside them. 6 underneath: 2 in each section. So that the grid doesn’t sag into the drawer from weight. And a C style spacer that goes towards the front of the drawer to stop frontward sliding.
