Description
An expansion module for the AMS Stand system, allowing you to mount up to 4x AMS HT units on the top frame.
This project is a direct response to community member feedback. You asked for a way to mount AMS HT units, this is a compact solution that maximizes space efficiency.
đ§Š What is this?
This is an optional Add-on. It requires the base AMS Stand to work.
It acts as a "topper" adapter that clips securely onto the existing top frame of the stand.

This design optimizes the spacing to fit 4x AMS HT units side-by-side. Maximize your material options in the same footprint.
đ ď¸ Non-Destructive Upgrade
Already printed the main stand? No problem. You do NOT need to reprint any structural parts. This adapter simply slides into the existing slots of the top frame.
đ Secure & Tool-less
Just like the main stand, this adapter uses friction-fit joints and pins. No screws, no glue, no wobbling.

đŚ Assembly Notes
- Print: All parts are support-free. Orientation already set in the files.
- Â Assemble: Slide the rail segments together.
- Install: Place the assembled segments onto the top frame of your AMS Stand and secure it with pins.
Note: Refer to the included PDF guide for step-by-step visuals.

This is NOT a standalone product. You must have the AMS Stand printed to use this adapter.

- Layer height: 0.2 mmÂ
- Wall generator: ArachneÂ
- Walls (structural parts): 2Â
- Infill (structural parts): 8-10% Adaptive CubicÂ
- Supports: noneÂ
- Standard quality profiles (no special tuning required)Â
Note: Tight tolerances mean that well-calibrated extrusion and flow are important for best results.Â
đ Technical SpecsÂ
- Build volume: Fits on 256 x 256 mm plates (x1, p1, a1 compatible).
- Orientation: Parts provided as Left/Right (do not mirror).Â
- Material: PLA. I personally used materials listed in the BOM, with excellent results.Â
Note: This project was designed and tested exclusively with PLA. Do not use PETG, ABS or ASA, as their different shrinkage rates will affect the tight tolerances and the snap-fits may not work correctlyÂ
