About this model:
This 3D model depicts a soldier in a combat stance. It is the counterpart to the "Enemy" model and also uses military symbolism for the base design.
Tactical Background (NATO APP-6):
The shape of the base is based on the international NATO standard APP-6 (Joint Military Symbology) as well as Reglement 52.003. In military command systems, factions are distinguished by geometric shapes.
This model represents a Friendly Force:
- 🟦 Rectangle = Friend
- 🟥 Rhombus = Hostile
- 🟩 Square = Neutral
The rectangular base immediately marks the figure on the playing field as an allied unit.
Dimensions & Scaling:
- Standard height: 5 cm (50 mm).
- Customizable: The model can be easily scaled in the slicer.
Printing Instructions:
- Material: Optimized for PETG, also works with PLA.
- Supports: Support structures are necessary (see print profile).
