This identification sign serves for quick and clear identification of fire department vehicles and is attached to the inside of the windshield 
 

The text and border are raised 0.6 mm on the red base body. This design shortens the printing time compared to recessed text and simultaneously improves readability due to the strong contrast. The result is a clean, professional look
 

The sign is attached with 32 mm suction cups to the inside of the windshield. It is important to use suction cups with knurled nuts so that the sign sits securely and firmly. Such suction cups are cheaply available in multi-packs and are easy to mount

Ideally, it is printed with a 0.2 mm layer height. For the white text, a color change is necessary, either via a pause or a multi-color system like AMS. 

It is printed with the front side up, no support is required. Due to summer use, printing with ABS or ASA may be necessary. The text can be easily adapted directly in the slicer, for example in Bambu Studio, to your own radio call signs and vehicle designations.
