Shopping Cart Tokens - Printable + Jig for Mimaki

Another shopping cart token?

Yes, but this one is specifically designed for UV printers!

I experimented with multicolor 3D printing. 
That is slow and the quality is not particularly convincing.

That's why I opted for direct printing:

Shopping cart tokens as blanks
3 variations: 
- the classic coin

- with a short tab as a keychain

- with a longer tab as a keychain

All with 23mm diameter, 2.2mm thickness - identical to 1 Euro coins.

Additionally, there is a universal holder for Mimaki 3042 UV printers, a print media holder, also called a JIG.
The universal holder is screwed to the print bed of the Mimaki UV printer with 2 screws on the left and 2 screws on the right (M4, 8mm).
Quick-change system - I have other holders as well. I will upload those here too.

Place the print media holder (JIG) for the tokens and you're ready to go.

20 tokens can be printed in one pass, which should be sufficient for smaller applications.

Measure once, create a template in your software, and always print precisely.

The spacing of the inserts is 30mm, the diameter 23mm.

The blanks can be printed with any 3D printer, but the print media holder only works with the H2D!

If anyone is interested in a smaller part because they only have a smaller 3D printer, I can gladly create a holder with only 20cm width. However, the current part fits perfectly on the print bed of the Mimaki UJF-3042.

If you don't have a UV printer, you can also simply use the blanks as they are, or paint them, etc.
