P2S PTFE Buffer Guides (Left & Right)
Print Profile(1)

Bill of Materials
Description
These left and right PTFE guide brackets are designed to improve filament path alignment to reduce friction by keeping the PTFE tube at smooth consistent bends. Cut out sharp angles and drag that can lead to feeding issues. It also helps to keep things looking more organized.
The right bracket (looking at the front of the printer - so reversed of the pictures above) installs by just sliding directly on to the factory spool holder bracket for quick tool-free mounting. Then unplug the PTFE tube from the buffer and feed through the bracket. The left bracket secures firmly using two M3x8 with the existing holes located in the back panel already. Then you can just push snap the PTFE Tube in place making it super simple to install and remove without having to touch anything else. You may need to twist a screw in and out of those holes a few times to tap the threads a little better as initially it'll seem like they wont fit, but they do.
- Improves PTFE tube routing and organization, helps reduce drag
- Minimal design, fast and easy with no supports needed
Versions Off On The Side of The Plate:
During my build process I made 2 different versions of the right side bracket that put the PTFE tube straight up and down (instead of at a natural angle) and a left side that's a closed hole similar to the right side if for some reason you prefer it. Instead of excluding them I've placed them off to the side of the build plate (or in the STL download list) in case someone might have a use case for them.
