“Subscribe for Exclusive Print-to-Sell Designs!”

Meet the OCD SOUND FREAK BT Mod Box—where heavy-duty fabrication meets high-fidelity audio.

This isn't just another 3D printed speaker; it is a platform. Designed for makers who demand versatility, this system utilizes a central "Head Unit" housing a powerful ZK-3002T Bluetooth Amplifier and a Milwaukee M18 battery interface.

The true innovation lies in the Quick-Connect Dovetail Rails. The speaker enclosures slide effortlessly onto the main unit, mechanically locking into place while simultaneously making the electrical connection via integrated spring-and-tab terminals. No wires to plug in, no latches to fumble with—just slide, click, and play.

Current Configuration: This release features the "Marine 8" modules, specifically designed to house SKAR Audio 8-inch Marine Full-Range Speakers, printed in durable PETG HF to withstand the elements.

Key Features:

  • 🔋 M18 Powerhouse: Runs off standard Milwaukee M18 batteries for portable, long-lasting power. (DeWalt, Makita, and internal battery modules coming soon!)
  • 🔗 Cable-Free Modularity: Proprietary sliding dovetail interface with integrated electrical contacts. Swap speaker sizes or configurations in seconds.
  • 🔊 Massive Soundstage: Accommodates high-end drivers like the SKAR 8" Marine series for deep bass and crystal-clear highs.
  • 🛠️ Heavy-Duty Construction: Designed for PETG HF filament, ensuring heat resistance and durability for outdoor use.
  • 🎛️ Integrated Controls: Easy access to the ZK-3002T amp controls for volume, treble, and bass adjustments.

Bill of Materials (BOM):

  • Speaker Wiring: 4x 1/4" Female Quick Disconnects (16-14 Gauge)

Hardware
