>Θ Assembly Manual:
The last few model display images are assembly diagrams.
1. Specifications:
- Scale: 1/10 (height 160mm)
- Internal structure:
· Print in Place joints: 15 (10 in torso, 5 in rear skirt armor)
· Rotational locking buckles: 6
· Two Print in Place chains
- Universal interfaces: The holes on the forearms, shins, soles of feet, and back mounts are 3mm in diameter (due to printing tolerance, the actual size may have a deviation of ±0.2mm)
2. Printing tips:
- Recommended settings:
· Nozzle: 0.4mm or 0.2mm
· Layer height: 0.08mm
- Material: Default is PLA
· Other materials such as PETG/TPU have not been tested, and scaling tolerances need to be figured out independently.
- Debugging suggestions:
· It is recommended to print the test piece from plate 1 first.
· If adhesion occurs, it is recommended to scale up the entire model (scaling ratio is suggested to be within 110%, at which point the joint damping feel is optimal; exceeding this range will cause the joints to be too loose, but will not have other effects).
· Adjusting the layer height may cause some parts to become rough and difficult to insert and remove; if necessary, it is recommended to scale up the model.
3. Assembly instructions:
- Joint activation (Print in Place parts)
· The model's shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles use Print in Place joints, which need to be manually articulated after removal from the build plate.
· Tools such as needle-nose pliers can be used to assist; normally, no damage will occur unless there is complete adhesion.
- Limb connection (buckle structure)
The connection of the upper arms, forearms, and thighs uses a buckle structure; when assembling, ensure the plug lugs are aligned with the hole openings
· Alignment: Align the plug lugs with the hole openings (at an angle opposite to normal human anatomy)
· Locking: After insertion, rotate the joint to lock.
- The wrist uses a relatively delicate hemispherical joint; pay attention to support removal and elephant's foot during assembly.
- The torso interface is compatible with 〔Rokushiki〕.

>☀ Background Setting:
The Morans are excessively idle and energetic. Even for the poorest among them, the hardest work only requires three days out of nine per week, one-sixth of each day, and the work intensity is comparable to a leisurely stroll, more akin to community entertainment accompanied by automatons. Thus, even the extravagant feasts held by transnational magnates in the Moran Western District struggle to exhaust the Morans' surplus energy.
Beyond money, politics, and adventure, those who remained in Moran for various reasons but possessed excessive energy began to play a game: pitting automatons similar to servant-bots against each other in gladiatorial combat. This was a clever, extreme form of entertainment that harmed no one, not even the "lives" of the automatons, leaving even Moran's Life Preservation Department with no grounds for intervention.
The 〔Curved Blade〕 was designed in the humanoid arena against this backdrop, driven by the philosophy of "executing opponents with the most dazzling skills in an ultimate performance." Its use of numerous technical resources could be described as an inefficient waste, but for those involved, it was truly a spectacle.

>✎ Author's Message:
After finishing 〔Rokushiki〕, I studied how to create curved surfaces, and then came 〔Curved Blade〕; I think the effect should be quite good. Additionally, this blueprint is for the mecha girl body.
