I purchased a Sony AIBO ERS-1000 with a core problem and unfortunately it is too expensive to fix.

I wanted to have the ERS-1000 on display, but when they are powered-off their head droops down (unlike previous models).

This is a simple design to pop into the front of the neck to keep the ERS-1000 head held high even when powered off.

Important: After printing, I removed from build plate and curved whilst still warm to match the AIBO neck profile.

I would NOT recommend using this if your AIBO is in a working state as it will likely cause servo issues if the AIBO is powered on whilst the clip is in place.

I couldn't find an existing clip, so designed a quick one with a few trial and errors.
