Name Plate with Position for 2" & 1" Cubicle Wall

Model Description:

This Name Plate model lets you hang your name plate with your name and job position on cubicles with walls that are either 1in or 2in thick.

Customize your own name plate:

You can change the Name and Job Position as well as the text location and the colors for: 

Name (1), 
Position (2), 
Plate Background (3) 
and Bracket color (4).
 

Printing Instructions:

The text on the plate is not embedded flush into the plate, it will stand on top of the flat background surface so keep the orientation of the name plate as is.

The model already has rectilinear ironing for top surfaces enabled.

The model has a print job pause for non AMS users to do color swaps. (If you are using an AMS just press continue)

 

Assembly Instructions:

(Make sure the orientation of the bracket matches the orientation of the text in the plate before gluing!!!)
Using some 3D print super glue, add some glue on the inside of the bracket and then slide the plate in place. 

 

Notes:
**I remixed the model previously created by runar.m by cutting and extending the brackets to match 2 inch cubicle walls as well as added new text for including the the persons position within the plate. I also organized the object tree by naming the parts and adding isntructions for which fields can be modified as well as divided the objects by filament to allow easy picking of colors for each part of the model.
