Description

Discbound / Mushroom Hole Notebook System

This was made to work with discbound or mushroom hole punched paper, such as the Happy Planner, Arc, Tul, or Jane’s Agenda planners. It allows for easy customization for a notebook. This is just the disc, other discbound accessories are linked below

There are profiles for each size. All include a single disc, four disc, and nine disc print set with brims and a set without brims. The ones without brims are made for plate with good adhesion such as cold plates that don't require them. I have test printed all of mine on a cold plate and have had no adhesion issues. The plates with brims is for plates with less adhesion to ensure they stick to the plate. The larger ones all have supports to help with the bridging.

Outer Diameter of the Disc:

  • ¾ inch / 19.05 mm
  • 1 inch / 25.4 mm
  • 1 ¼ inch / 31.75 mm
  • 1 ½ inch / 38.1 mm
  • 1 ¾ inch / 44.45 mm
  • 2 inch / 50.8 mm

Covers

Dividers

 Tabs

Paper Sizes:

  • 3in x 5in - 76.2 mm x 127 mm / 3 in x 5 in
  • 4in x 6in - 101.6 mm x 152.4 mm / 4 in x 6 in
  • A5 - 148 mm x 210 mm / 5.8 in x 8.3 in
  • Half Letter - 139.7 mm x 215.9 mm / 5.5 in x 8.5 in
  • Classic Happy Planner - 177.8 mm x 234.95 mm / 7 in x 9.25 in

They should come off fairly easily, but you may have more luck using a pair of needle nose pliers to help peel it off. If it takes took much force, then it may have fused together with the support. You can try to mess with the settings and increase the z support distance.

Strange, I only have a p1s, so thats the only printer I can test on, but I am not sure why it wouldn't be the same on a A1. Maybe since it's a bed slinger it moves to much and has a higher chance off coming off the bed. Glad it worked out on your other printer. :)

They are meant to be printed flat with supports and brims. You can skip the brims if you have a cold plate. :)

Any of them will work for A5, it will depend on how much paper you have in the notebook. If you have a lot of paper you will need a bigger disc to hold it. Most A5 paper has 8 holes, so you will need to print 8 disc of the same size. :)
