Summary
this is the x carriage tension adjuster mod for the newer eleksmaker lasers with the open build wheels.
It requires you to use the 2 M5 bolts and nuts that came with the machine at the pivot. At the top corner you need two m3 bolts. At the tipy top you need 1 m5 bolt with 3 nuts and 4 washers.
