Description

Design the sword for my 10 year old son who loves Trollhunters cartoon. It is 36 inches long, I made it to hold a ½ inch wooden dowel rod the cutout for the dowel rod is 772.5 mm long, I boult a ½"x36" wooden dowel from Walmart.

If you like what you see please consider boosting it would go a long way in helping me and I would greatly apricate it, thank you and Happy printing

Start by gluing the 2 halves of the guard together

Then I glued the blades together with the wooden dowel to help keep everything in line (do not glue the wooden dowel in unless you have already cut it to size)

Then I slid the guard on to the bottom of the blades and glued it together

After that I slid the handle on and glued it also

Then I slid the pommel connector, then make sure the wooden dowel is push in all the way in then pull it back out about 2 mm and cut the excess off.

then with the dowel sticking about 2mm lower the pummel connector I filled it with glue

Then I glued the pummel and gems in

Hope you enjoy it and happy printing
