This is a fan-made miniature set inspired by the board game Paupers’ Ladder.
The original game uses meeples, but these miniatures are designed to give body, weight and personality to the desperate characters of the game world.
The set includes:
- 8 character miniatures, each based on the original illustrations
- birds, inspired by the iconic artwork of the game
