Description

This is a robust, hand-tightening knob designed for M8 hardware. Unlike flat star knobs, this model features a built-in boss (spacer) on the underside to reduce friction and protect the contact surface. The three-arm geometry is mathematically optimized for high-leverage grip while remaining compact. Specifically tested for compatibility with high-end furniture adjustment bolts.

 

Tolerance: This model is designed for a standard 13 mm M8 nut.

 

Print with the "boss" (underside) facing down for the best structural strength. Use at least 4 wall loops to ensure the arms can handle high torque. Print with ironing on for a nicer looking surface. If the fit is too tight, try increasing the nut_waf by 0.2 mm.
