Description
This spacer allows you to offset the IKEA Hoppvals blind fixings from the wall. I needed 35mm to allow space for the handle and the vent that protrudes from the window.
This model is designed as follows:
- The screws that hold the original blind fixings are M3x30 with washers and nuts.
- The screw that attaches to the wall is M4 (standard size for Molly plugs in Europe)
- The screw holes are designed without clearance so that the screws also grip the printed piece.
I recommend printing in PETG (maybe PLA, but not tested) with 70% infill density and 5 wall thicknesses.
