Description

CR80 Standard Badge Card Holder

  • Simple and sturdy design.
  • CR80 standard - 85.6 mm by 54 mm (or 3.375 inches by 2.125 inches)
  • Holds a single card.
  • Prints quickly - Takes less than 30 minutes, approx. 12g of filament.
  • Slide-in - Easily insert and remove your card.
  • Clip on vertical side.
  • Requires no assembly.
  • Supports are optional but recommended. I've printed without just fine, but the side-edges that hold the card in place will likely have some under-side stringing if you opt out. Supports costs about 0.42g filament.

I've used this model printed in standard PLA for years at work with no issues. Over the years I've printed a couple different colors in PLA, PETG, and now PLA Wood, and they have all been sturdy enough. I've never had one break even with PLA.

If you like the model leave it a thumbs up. Share your prints and comments if you decide to try it!
