Description
Hi,
Here is a little something to help you find your way around at night without hurting your toes on the bed, knocking things over or disturbing the CAT, a small night light that you only need to touch to turn ON and OFF.
The model is 60mm in diameter by 60mm in hight, printed in PETG, standard 0.2 layer, 15% infill.
The build uses 2 x 2032 batteries, a TTP223 touch sensor and a piece of wire for connections (you would also need a soldering wire).
Building steps:
- put the LEDs pins through the 2 small holes and glue it in place! See the pics for LED orientation(polarity)!!!
- bend the legs twice at 90 degrees (see pics), after cut the pins around 6-7 mm in hight
- place the sensor with the “touch” cercle facing up and insert the LEDs pins in the left 2 holes(check polarity). The is a rectangle outlined in the print for sensor placement, you need to be inside the rectangle.
- cut 2 pieces of wire to solder for positive and negative battery connections
- adjust the length of wire (see pics)
- GOOD LUCK & ENJOY
