Description

This model is a flexible TPU gasket designed as a universal replacement seal for a wide range of pressure gauges and vacuum gauges, commonly used in pneumatic, hydraulic, and workshop applications.

The gasket fits many gauges that use a flat sealing surface and a central mounting passage. Thanks to the elasticity of TPU, it compensates for minor surface irregularities, absorbs vibration, and provides reliable sealing without cracking or permanent deformation.

It is especially useful when the original gasket is worn, damaged, or missing. The model is optimized for FDM 3D printing, does not require supports, and prints quickly with minimal material usage.

Dimensions

  • Outer size: 17 × 17 mm
  • Thickness: 3.4 mm
  • Center hole diameter: 3 mm
  • Shape: square gasket with central hole

Key Features

  • Material: TPU (recommended hardness 95A)
  • High flexibility and compression resistance
  • Helps ensure leak-free gauge installation
  • Resistant to vibration and micro-movements
  • Reusable and durable
  • Simple, fast 3D print
  • No supports required

Typical Applications

  • Pressure gauges
  • Vacuum gauges (vacuometers)
  • Pneumatic systems
  • Low and medium pressure hydraulic systems
  • Compressors and air tools
  • Workshop and DIY projects

Suitable for many gauges with flat sealing faces, including radial or bottom-mounted designs.

Recommended 3D Printing Settings

  • Material: TPU 95A
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Perimeters: 3–4
  • Infill: 100% (or 50–60% gyroid)
  • Print speed: 20–30 mm/s
  • Nozzle temperature: 220–235°C (depending on filament)
  • Bed temperature: 40–60°C
  • Supports: not required
  • Cooling: moderate

Notes

  • Always verify dimensions before installation — gauge manufacturers may use different tolerances.
  • Intended for low to medium pressure applications.
  • Not a certified industrial safety component.
  • Use at your own responsibility.
