DJI NEO Multilevel propeller

Low Noise Multilevel Offset Propeller design for the DJI NEO

Two versions of a new propeller design are provided for the original DJI NEO. A straight multi-level propeller design and an offset multi level design. 

The multi-level design helps distribute, channel and reduce tip vortices, a prime source of noise. The increased blade area with a high pitch angle increases lift enabling a slower RPM speed for a further noise reduction.  The props have been designed to enable mounting two of each prop design on the same Drone as shown in the pictures. In theory this changes the harmonics while creating similar lift on each prop. 

Performance could be reduced based on print quality.  

WARNING:

3D printed propellers are prone to spontaneous disassembling in flight. The small plastic bits are DANGEROUS and can travel a hundred feet or more. You must Wear safety glasses and stand as far as possible from the drone while it is in flight. 

Do not fly near people or animals. YOU WILL CRASH AND HARMFUL BITS WILL FLY.
