Assorted Bricks - Hinges, Chain, Tiles, Pneumatics

I am now accepting community model requests!  Please message me with ideas.

These are some random bricks I made.  They have been tested to fit well with the originals, but they are all redesigned for 3D printing.

Included:

• Hinge brick (1x4x1/3, 1x4x1)
• Tiles (4x4, 8x12, 1x2)
• Technic spacer (1x1x1)
• Brick 1x1
• Chain (works with genuine gears, but only when the whole chain is 3D printed)
• Vertical hinge (1x2x1)

If you want different variations, there is an ‘extras’ plate; use Studio or CAD software to clone these and make whatever combinations you want!

Printing tips:

• PLA or PETG Recommended
• Feel free to use a 0.2mm nozzle if you have one for better accuracy, but beware that contour compensation adjustments may be required.  The end result will be nicer, though.
• Supports not required (except for the chain, which needs them to work well; make sure the slicer adds them).
• Use bed leveling to avoid “elephant's foot”.
• If your bricks don't fit (every printer is slightly different), use Bambu Studio's x-y contour compensation feature to adjust the design.
• Use the copies feature on Bambu Handy to print more than one at a time.

Usage Tips: 

• When assembling the vertical hinge, don't use too much pressure (something is wrong if you have to break the hinge).
• The large plate works well as a road; if you have an AMS, you can even paint it in Studio.
• Some force is required to break in the print in place hinge on the horizontal hinge bricks; that is normal.
• If the horizontal hinge bricks are subjected to too much up-down twisting, they will break.
