Description

Are you disappointed with the G.Weike G2 chuck rotary? Are you finding the size of the objects you can clamp in the chuck limiting?

Step up your fiber laser engraving with this simple mod. All you need is to open up the angle of the chuck rotary all the way (35 degrees), and insert it into this 3D printed base to dramatically boost the clearance height of the objects you can engrave on this chuck. Note: Don't forget to adjust your Center Offset to compensate your calibrated laser origin to the baseplate centerline.

Furthermore, if you have extra large items you would like to engrave on the chuck (eg. travel mugs, pens, etc.), print off the chuck leveling support ramp to help stabilize larger items during the engraving process. This leveling support ramp is adjustable.

Lastly, I have included a leveling block to tuck underneath the leveling ramp for instances where the ramp would overhang the G2 base plate.
