Description
A printable nasal filter?!?! NO WAY!
I ordered a sample pack of a nasal filter from some company that was charging way too much money. I really like their product when it would stay in place (which was almost never!). I designed this model to be taller than the branded version so, it wouldn't turn and expose your sinuses to all the dust and debris.
These work better than the branded version and the filters are replaceable without having to toss out the whole thing.
I cut up an N95 mask for the filter (I only used one of the outside layers), pressed it in place, then I placed the whole assembly in my nose.
You can use whatever you want for a filter (that choice is on you!). I made this to stop grinder dust and sawdust from getting in my sinuses while working and the one layer from the mask is good enough for that.
Print with soft TPU!
