đ ď¸ The Creative Process
This model is a showcase of modern 3D design tools. It wasn't sculpted by hand from scratch, but born from a real-world inspiration:
- From Photo to Mesh: The design started from a high-quality photo of a real pizza slice.
MakerLab Powered: I used Bambu Labâs MakerLab tools to transform the 2D image into a detailed 3D structure, capturing the authentic "organic" look of the crust and toppings.
đ¨ď¸ Print Settings & Tips
- Recommended Filament: For the best "Award" look, use PLA Silk Gold, Silver, or Copper.
- or
- Painting: print in white and then paint with a gold sprayÂ
- Supports: Required (Tree supports are recommended for easy removal around the slice edges).
- Infill: 10-15% Gyroid is perfect for a sturdy feel without wasting filament.
- Scaling: It looks great both as a small desk ornament or scaled up for a real ceremony!
