First, it is recommended to use resin printing. For FDM, printing with a 0.2 nozzle and 0.04 layer height is already the limit for FDM, but there will still be uneven transitions. It is recommended to polish it yourself before making, otherwise the keycap surface will have the same texture.

Materials: carbon fiber cloth, resin, release wax, clear coat
Release wax can be replaced with Vaseline, clear coat can be sprayed selectively. For FDM molds, it is recommended to sand with 1000-grit sandpaper once.
When laying layers, apply a little more resin to ensure that each layer of carbon fiber cloth is saturated with resin. Saturation is very important, as it determines whether your finished product will have blemishes. The mold can be placed under a table leg to ensure pressure.
