🐸 3D Frog in a Baroque Frame – Decorative Object
This model features a sculptural frog that appears to be emerging from a decorative, baroque picture frame. Ideal as an unusual wall or table decoration for home, workshop, or as a gift.
The model consists of two separate parts:
- Frame
- Frog
Both parts are printed separately and then assembled.
⚙️ Print Settings
Frame
- Print without supports
- Recommended: 0.16 mm layer height
- Infill to taste (e.g., 10–15%)
- Material: PLA, PLA+, PETG possible
Frog
- Supports required
- Supports: “everywhere” or “from build plate only” (depending on the Slicer)
- Recommended: 0.16 mm layer height
- Material: PLA, PLA+, PETG possible
🔧 Assembly
- After printing, glue the frog with superglue onto the designated area in the frame
- Lightly sand adhesive surfaces if necessary for better adhesion
🎨 Tips
- Frame looks particularly elegant in gold, bronze, or black tones
- Frog can be painted realistically or printed with metallic/stone effect
- Also suitable for dry brushing
