ASA/ABS MAX Strength Profile
Print Profile(1)

Description
While using 3D-printed spacers for a drone, I noticed that they could be broken relatively easily by hand. To address this, I continuously increased the printing temperature and minimized the fan speed.
The results were unexpectedly good: the layer bonding strength increased significantly, to the point where I could no longer break the parts using my own hands.
This profile is recommended for simple geometries with few or no demanding overhangs, as it is tuned to achieve maximum possible strength in 3D-printed parts. If better overhang quality is required, please refer to my very popular alternative ASA/ABS profile here:
🔴 Important note for Bambu Lab A1 (open printer):
If you are using an open A1 printer, you must set the Z-offset to exactly -0.05 mm in your printer G-code. This greatly improves first-layer adhesion and helps prevent warping.
Note:
The included 3D object is for demonstration purposes only. Simply replace it with your own model to print using this ASA profile.

I’m working on a TPU profile right now. A boost would definitely speed things up.
