    The model below was printed in PLA Tough+

    - PLA Tough+ offers better flex resistance and is also less brittle than Classic PLA.
    - Each part was printed on an A1 mini with a Smooth PEI plate,
    to give a neat and smooth appearance to the bottom of each platform

    - Each print plate has been renamed for better understanding, and the parts have also been renamed and colorized to better guide the user in identifying the parts.

     

    ⚠️The print profile is based on an A1 mini and a Smooth PEI plate. Remember to redefine your printer and your plate.
    ⚠️ A Smooth PEI plate is recommended for a smooth contact surface (works like a suction cup effect), printing the drawers on a Smooth PEI allows them to slide better.

Chapter 1 : Locker Presentation.
 

Locker A : 2s to 6s :

x2 compartments (Length : 173mm x width : 56.5mm x Height : 59mm).

With or without drawers R and L.

     

 

Locker A.2 :

x1 locker for large drawer.

  

 

Locker B : 2s to 3s, Large :

x3 compartments (Length : 160mm x width : 36.9mm x Height : 59mm).

  

 

Locker C : 2s to 3s, Standard :

x4 compartments (Length : 160mm x width : 27.2mm x Height : 59mm).

  


Locker C : 1s to 3s, Mini :

Chapter 2 : Assembly.

 

Step 1 :

⚠️Assembly connectors are mandatory for the first row and optional for the last row, unless it exceeds more than 3 rows!

 

- Take the assembly connectors and slide them to the right or left of your first locker according to your choice.

 

- Slide this first locker into another locker and check that the assembly connectors are fully inserted, if not, this could interfere with the rest of the assembly!

 

     

 

Step 2 : optional.

⚠️If the first row consists of Locker (A) and you are going for a drawer configuration, it is necessary to insert the drawers before locking!

 

- Take the printed drawer, either the left, the right, or both, and insert them into the slot of Locker (A).

- Then follow step 3.

 

     

 

Step 3 :

⚠️Assembly connectors are mandatory for the first row and optional for the last row, unless it exceeds more than 3 rows!

 

- Take a box and proceed to lock by extending the notches, this may be a bit tight and it's intentional, to prevent the boxes from sliding too easily. Repeat the operation as many times as necessary.

 

- Once satisfied, print the lid corresponding to your last installed locker(s). Even if all lids are compatible for a neat aesthetic, it is highly recommended to use the lid corresponding to the locker.
