This is a simple yet effective 3D-printed clip designed to stabilize the L-shaped barrel jack connector on laptops (specifically designed for HP Omen/Victus style chargers). It anchors the power cable to the adjacent USB port, preventing the connector from wiggling. This significantly reduces wear and tear on the DC jack, which is a common point of failure.

Print Settings:
This model features fine details, so precision is key:
Nozzle: 0.2mm (Recommended for the best detail and fit).
Materials: Both PLA and PETG work perfectly.
PLA provides a very stiff and secure lock.
PETG offers a bit more flexibility and heat resistance.
Layer Height: 0.1mm - 0.12mm for smooth finish.
Infill: 100% (Necessary for such a small functional part).
Supports: Required and ears on a flat one also 100% needed.
Installation:
Snap the round clip onto the ribbed strain relief of your charger.
Plug the charger into the laptop while simultaneously sliding the stabilizer "key" into the neighboring USB port.
