Description

The Mandalorian Ripper is a compact, heavy blaster built for close to mid range engagements. It is designed to feel overbuilt, purposeful, and unapologetically aggressive. This is not a refined sidearm or a ceremonial piece. It is meant to look like a weapon chosen when subtlety is no longer part of the plan.

The overall form leans into mass and presence. The oversized barrel assembly and reinforced front end suggest a blaster tuned for stopping power rather than elegance, something modified over time to hit harder and survive abuse. The silhouette is deliberate and grounded, with details that feel functional instead of decorative. The intent was to create a blaster that looks like it belongs in the hands of a Mandalorian who expects resistance and plans accordingly.

From the beginning, the Ripper was designed specifically as a 3D printable prop. The geometry favors clean prints, modular assembly, and durability during handling. Parts are sized to be printed reliably on common FDM printers and assembled without specialized tools. It is meant to be built, carried, and used as part of a kit or display, not treated as a fragile showpiece.

This is Version 1 of the Mandalorian Ripper. V1 represents the core concept and structure of the design. It is fully printable and complete as a prop, but it is also intentionally the starting point rather than the final word. Future refinements may come from print feedback, fit testing, or community modifications.

This version is being released for free. The goal is to make the design accessible and encourage people to print it, adapt it, and make it their own. If it gets remixed, improved, or taken in unexpected directions, that means it is doing exactly what it was meant to do.

The Mandalorian Ripper is not meant to be pretty. It is meant to feel effective, personal, and a little intimidating. If you are building a Mandalorian kit, a sci fi blaster for display, or simply want a prop that looks like it has a history, this design was made to be used.

Print it. Modify it. Carry it. That is the way.
