Falcon Hovering in Flight – PLA Ornament and Scarecrow This dynamic PLA-printed falcon combines aesthetics and functionality in a single piece. Designed with outstretched wings and a determined expression, it conveys movement and presence even at rest. Its lightweight structure allows for easy hanging via the top loop, making it ideal for balconies, gardens, patios, or indoors. Thanks to its realistic silhouette and menacing posture, it acts as an effective scarecrow, deterring small birds without the need for additional mechanisms. At the same time, its detailed finish and stylized design make it an eye-catching ornament for rustic or modern settings.

pretty good, but looks like it was generated with some tool so has the usual pitfalls of that. the resolution is a bit weird, and the tips of the wings have weird fraying. for hanging outside it's fine quality, but you will probably break the legs when removing the supports. i was gentle as could be and they just can't take any stress, maybe reinforce that area a bit. and it's better printed flipped on its head. less support waste and some stronger layer directions. "back heavy" is also accurate. when hanging, the head points straight up in air if you let the string just go loose and slide up. if you look at the posters picture, he has the string tied onto the ring. that will let it hang flat.

hello, how are you, thank you very much for the rating, regarding the supports, it's like anything else, since they are small pieces you have to be more careful when removing them, I removed them and I didn't have any problems, in fact I have it hanging where it gets air and nothing has broken, in fact it's a model that I quite like, thank you very much again for the rating and for commenting, greetings 👍

Printed from PETG. Legs break when im tried to remove supports. weight distribution is not good if you want to hang it. it’s back heavy.

hello, if you look at the pictures I printed, neither the legs broke nor does it tilt, when removing the supports of any fine design, you have to be careful and remove them slowly, thank you for commenting, regards

It’s almost impossible to take the supports off the feet/talons without breaking the tiny legs (especially if you scale the model down).
