Description
This is a bowl made from a non-orientable surface called Boy's Surface (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boy%27s_surface ). A non-orientable surface is a surface that has only one side, such as a Möbius strip or a Klein bottle. I was playing around with the formula that generates the surface and discovered this version that could function as a bowl.
While a pure version of this surface would not hold water, this one does because of how it's generated. (You'll likely need to seal the surface with a clear coat of something to prevent leaks.) Because the pure version has no “inside” or “outside” surface, it would not hold water. I'll upload a leaky one later.
