Description

This is a belt storage for Ikea Pax!

Model:

The belt storage should be usable for other wardrobes with rows of holes. The distance between the holes is 32 mm. However, the model is flexible by a few millimeters.

Press the pins into the holes with the help of a mallet and a piece of wood to prevent the pins from deforming.

Print profile:

I arranged the pins in such a way that the layer orientation provides the necessary stability, preventing the pins from breaking under shear stress. If the model were printed in one piece, which would be possible, the layer orientation of the pins would be such that a weak point would be created.

Filament:

You can use PLA or PETG whatever you have laying around. I printed the model in PLA.

add support brim for the inserts😪

if the printer has pushed the pins off the bed, then it is either due to a lack of bed adhesion, build up of filament on the nozzle, or generally poorly calibrated filament and less due to the print profile

Have you read the description? It says you should hammer the dowels in with a rubber mallet and a piece of wood as a base. That fits 100%

Printed it 4 Times, first time pegs fitted with a little hammering. The other times the pegs bend, so printed the pegs at 98% an now they fit perfect.
