Hey folks. I created this sci-fi arena set for custom 1v1 games on square play area.

You can connect the round terrain pieces together using 5x3mm magnets. Each connection has three magnet slots, though two are perfectly sufficient.

“PS: Hole depth is set to 2.8mm because most 5x3mm magnets actually measure around 2.7mm. I recommend measuring your magnets first and adjusting the depth in the slicer if necessary.”

Since there is no officially defined placement for this type of arena. I decided to design it myself. The pieces are arranged in a symmetrical, mirrored layout, centered within the board to provide equal conditions, balanced lines of sight, and fair access to cover for both players.

I set the spacing between terrain pieces myself to ensure that no part of the board feels overcrowded, while still offering enough cover for tactical play.

The layout leaves sufficient space for miniature movement and supports smooth, tactical gameplay.

The wall heights were chosen so units can take cover confortably without interfering with movement or visibility during the game.

I have also created an alignment jig for easy wall layout. Link here:
