Description
This print is designed to quickly evaluate how TPU 95A behaves with different infill settings. The file is a round test piece that you can bend, squeeze, and twist to compare flexibility between various infill percentages and patterns.
There’s also a center hole, which makes it easier to grip, hang, or apply force consistently during testing.
What this test is for?
- Compare infill percentages (e.g., 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 30%)
- Compare infill patterns (Gyroid, Grid, Lines, etc.)
- Check springback / rebound and overall flex feel
- Quick sanity check for TPU print quality (inconsistencies can show under bending)
This print test is specifically designed to quickly and comparably evaluate the flexibility of TPU 95A depending on the infill.
You will receive a round test piece that is ideal for bending, pressing, and twisting to assess the material behavior at various infill values. In the center, there is a hole that also serves as a grip/hanging point and facilitates deformation.
