Compact Multi-Use Case MEAN and ESP32
Print Profile(1)

Description
Here I present my multi-use case with power supply for the ESP32 and ESP32-C3 Mini
The power supply used is a "MEAN WELL LRS-50-5, 5 V/10 A" (https://www.pollin.de/p/mean-well-schaltnetzteil-lrs-50-5-5-v-10-a-352167)
This power supply with its 10 A should be sufficient for almost all projects…
The case itself is simply assembled and can be reopened later
It is suitable for an ESP32 and an ESP32 Mini. The “normal” ESP32 is secured with 4 M2.5x6 pan head screws. The ESP32 Mini is tilted in and possibly additionally fixed with a drop of hot glue
On the “input side” the case offers the option to install a 12x19 mm toggle switch and a round switch with a diameter of 19 mm, for example to switch the entire device on/off. A power cable is secured in the cable clamp
On the “output side” there is a cable clamp to route and secure various cables and cable strands. Additionally, there is the option to install the standard 3-pin connector of a WS2812B LED or to install a round connector, e.g. with 2/3/5 or 8 poles, or other round connectors
On the top of the lid, there is the option to install up to five push buttons/switches with a diameter of 12 mm
In the print profile there are two different cable clamps. One with a recess for cables up to approx 7 mm in diameter and a flat one for cables up to approx 3 mm in diameter .
I am happy to answer any questions.
I would appreciate a comment with a photo of your print!
