Description

A practical holder for sunglasses to suit the season, which anyone can easily attach to their ventilation system.

There are 2 versions, a small one and a broather one. Both were tested in 4 different cars from different manufacturers.

For me, the small one was more than enough to hold my sunglasses securely without any noise while driving.

If your glasses have a wider frame either use the small clip to hold them in the center of the frame or try out the bigger version to let them slide in all the way.

Prints without support!

If you have any suggestions on how to improve this simple design, or need a remodel to fit your car please contact me :)

Hole size:

Clip v1: 12.5mm x 6mm

Clip v2: 16.5mm x 6mm

Very functional, quick to give as a freebie, it's ideal, however it has many sharp edges.. but that can be resolved

printed really great, but unfortunately the part bends so much in the car with temperature fluctuations that it doesn't hold up Super shame ☹️

This is then due to the material you are using. I would recommend ABS/ASA or PETG. However, there is also PLA that can withstand high temperatures (Polymaker PLA High Temp)

What precisely is the issue? Perhaps I can modify the model so it functions within your vehicle as well :)

Fit alright but was tough to get the glasses in an out. Minimal filament so not much lost.

Printed from pla. It didn't melt as other things I printed for my car from pla. It's very durable even from pla because glasses aren't that heavy.
