Elemental Mindflayer - Tabletop Miniature

This Elemental Mindflayer miniature explores the idea of an aberration shaped by elemental forces rather than pure psionics. Floating above a swirling water-like base, it feels less like a creature that walks the world and more like something summoned from the depths by an ancient and alien will.

The concept was inspired by a suggestion from @3d printable Idiot, imagining a mind flayer with an octopus-like head and elemental, water-based legs, somewhere between a Cthulhu-like horror and a manifestation of Poseidon. That idea became the foundation for a sculpt focused on motion, presence, and raw supernatural power.

The design emphasizes dominance and flow. The raised arms, flowing garments, and tentacles frame a commanding silhouette that reads clearly from every angle. The elemental base gives the miniature elevation and movement, making it ideal for boss encounters, powerful spellcasters, or major story antagonists.

Two scales are included, each with its own recommended print profile:

• Tabletop Scale Version
  Optimized for gameplay and regular FDM printing. The recommended slicer profile uses light supports that are quick and easy to remove, making this version practical for dungeon masters who want a visually striking enemy on the table without heavy post-processing.

• Display Scale Version
  Larger and more detailed, intended for painters and collectors. This version relies on stronger support settings in the recommended profile to preserve fine details, which makes removal more demanding, but still fully achievable with patience and proper tools.

Print profiles are provided to guide support density and orientation depending on the selected scale, ensuring reliable results across common FDM printers.
