Description
A quick First Layer Test for the Bambu Lab H2C.
Included are 3 Plates
- Left Nozzle Only
- Right Nozzle Only (the center square looks off, but its intentionell because this is the center of the plate)
- Both Nozzle (split 50/50)
- Here the primte tower is disabled to prevent collisions. This can result in the outer line missing a few centimeter which has no negative impact.
The test only covers the most critical areas (corners, sides, front, back, and center). This is where high or low spots are most likely to be seen, and where adhesion problems are most likely to occur.
The printing speed is therefore very fast at 30 minutes and only 10g of Filament for both nozzle.
It is best to clean the bed with dish soap and a sponge before the test so that it is clean and the result is not distorted.
Remove the purge line in the front after it was printed. The blob at the start could interfere with the print since its that close to the edge.
This Test can obviously also be used for the H2D or H2S. But due to their larger build are you would have to resize the model in the slicer.
