This is a functional mechanical assembly. High-strength settings are recommended.
- Machine Type: FDM (Optimized for Bambu Lab P1S, X1C, A1, etc.)

- Layer Height: 0.16 mm (best for gear tooth precision) or 0.2 mm.
- Wall Loops: 3 - 4 for mechanical longevity.
- Infill: 30% - 50% (Gyroid or Grid for structural rigidity).
- Supports: Minimal; required mainly for the main housing overhangs.
Assembly & Customization:
- Select Your Gear: Use the standard gear for most materials, or swap to the larger bore gear if you require more drag pressure.
- Mounting: Snap the gears into the housing and secure with the included pin/screw mechanism.
- Connection: Use the rigid adapter for a direct PTFE connection or the standard guide depending on your setup.
- Install: Slide the unit into the mounting holder and clip it to your printer.
