Description
Beachside Cottage (Hillside Cottage)
This HO and N scale Beachside cottage features a 3 bedroom interior and a beautiful deck view of where ever you place it. The garage doors can be opened and positioned accordingly. The cottage measures ~200x154x86mm and is easy to assemble. It is designed to use minimal colour swaps and reduce purge. The patio rails require glue to stay firmly in place, all other parts fit with adequate tolerance however glue may be needed.
NOTE:
The thin bracing of the wall between the connected windows may break when installing the quad, tri and double pane windows, it is not necessary and can be removed prior to installing.
Patio and then second floor Patio doors should be installed LAST. The patio levers into place under the patio door wall and presses firmly down in place. The patio doors are installed last so as not to interfere with the patio installation.
