AYF MK3S Fang Fix

Changes done to the original:

• Flattened the tip of the lower mount to allow it to fit onto the MK3S properly.
  The side screw could not be inserted on the original.
• Lengthened the mounts to lower the duct by either 2.0mm or 2.5mm.
  The original did not sit low enough to blow on the part instead of the heater block.
  I am using the 2.5mm drop with my MK3S+ and E3D Revo.
• Some sharp edges have been filleted.
