P2S (P1S, X1C compatible) Exhaust ventilation air

Exhaust gas extraction duct for use with 75mm diameter tubing. 

Uses a vertical hot air convection design to expel fumes out and away for the area. Link your tube up to other printers and/or out of the window.

x2 m3x6mm bolts are required. (You will need to use these to self tap the two holes available above and below the “mesh” outlet of the printer case first). 

I used m3 x 6mm (a bit longer should also work). Install the top bolt fully and unwind by 2mm.

The duct will then side over once flush and downward until you can install the second bolt. 

(Holes are also provided to use the fixings around the poop chute should you wish.)

Recommend double sided tape, foam tape, external tape or similar to seal between the printer casing and duct (I also taped around the tubing).

1st iteration but does the trick. (P1S, XC1 compatible, but more of a recess is needed to fit with the spool holder on these printers)

I prefer the print profile with a complete frame.

Once running you should be able to feel the warm air at the end of your tube. 

Perhaps will update with a forced convection alteration once the Bambu PCB is released for an external exhaust fan. 

Hope its a nice addition to your printer and gets rid of some of the fumes !
