Description
This elongated cable grommet was specifically developed for clean and secure cable routing in RC aircraft models and RC jets.
It prevents chafing on servo cables, ensures a professional appearance during electronics installation, and simplifies the maintenance of onboard electronics.
The grommet is simply inserted into a suitable bore and fixed with superglue or epoxy. Its flexible design – especially with TPU – allows cables to be easily threaded through without damage.

Recommended Print Materials
- TPU (recommended): flexible, vibration-resistant, maximum cable protection
- PETG: stable, slightly flexible, temperature-resistant
- PLA: possible, but only recommended for areas without vibration or tensile stress
Assembly
- Create a suitable bore in the model
- Insert grommet
- Glue in with superglue (CA) or epoxy
