I designed this structure which is similar to the original AMS adapted for the BMCU 370C
I should mention that I printed and assembled the BMCU myself, but it is based on the “BMCU-Hall Sensor Version-370-Optimized Casing”
The tubes are 8mm in diameter and 38cm long, and I salvaged them from an old 3D printer, but they can be found online The cables connecting the channels need to be extended or bought new (the connector is called PH 2.0 10pin)
You will also need 16 screws, I used those included in the kit (m2*8 countersunk self-tapping screw)
What you see in the photos differs slightly from the design (the outer left and right parts are joined, the PCB case is a single piece, and the “feet” are all the same; in my version, I repurposed them along with the tubes)
The 2 long pieces in plate 6 were used to support the structure they can also be used to separate the spools and prevent them from coming out of the bushings
The bushings work but I would like to give them more friction with the spool
