Description

I have made a set of vice jaws for holding my fork tubes sturdy in place in my vice.

This model is solely made for Suzuki Bandit 650 2008 and any other Suzuki bike that has lower part of the suspension in a eliptical shape ( 50,1mm x 51,5mm) and 41 mm fork tubes.

The model has one primary function, it can hold fork tubes vertically in a vice for polishing and working on it. The other function helps with assembling the suspension - it can hold the lower part of the suspension for assembly.

Print takes a bit (around 4hrs) but it shouldn't cause problems like warping etc. You can disable fuzzy skin in the “paint fuzzy skin” option, and ironing in quality tab.

Be careful not to squeeze the jaws more than necessary, plastic is plastic and plastic breaks.
