As you can see, this is a 245 soldering station. Most of the parts were purchased from a second-hand platform. Special thanks to the master Technician No.9 for the open-source design. The total cost of the parts is around 100 RMB.

It features fast heating-up, and can be powered by a wall socket, a Type-C charger or a power bank.

Parts List:

JBC245 Universal Soldering Station Control Board, 245 Handle, 24V5A Power Board, Sleep Stand, Soldering Tip (Knife Tip), Type-C PD Trigger Module (20V Output)

    接线步骤：1：将控制板dc输入端并联在电源板输出端和typeC诱骗模块输出端

                       2：将休眠座安装在焊台上后连接在控制板的休眠端（休眠座通过M5螺丝螺母安装在外壳右侧，休眠线直接连在伸出来的螺丝上）

                       3：将手柄安装在控制板上

Wiring Steps:

1. Connect the DC input terminal of the control board in parallel to the output terminal of the power board and the output terminal of the Type-C PD trigger module.
2. Mount the sleep stand on the soldering station first, then connect it to the sleep terminal of the control board. (The sleep stand is mounted on the right side of the housing with M5 screws and nuts, and the sleep wire is directly connected to the protruding screw.)
3. Attach the handle to the control board.
