Description
Tangyuan (5th grader, boy): Whenever Mom is in a hurry, she always scribbles drafts and explanations on my notebooks, leaving every page messy. So I thought, since we have printer paper at home, could Dad make a notebook for me? Dad said A4 paper is too big, and our printer can't handle it easily. I said, "You can just fold the paper in half, hey..." Dad said, "You're such a clever one, why didn't I think of that". We got straight to it, I made the requests, Dad did the designing, and that's how it was decided. My requirements were: 1, it shouldn't be too sharp or too thick, otherwise Mom might get angry and hit me with it, which wouldn't be good; 2, it should be able to hold a pen, Mom always throws her pens around casually, and then makes me find them; 3, the paper should be easy to replace when written on; 4, make one large and one small, one for A4 paper folded in half, and one for paper folded in half and then in half again, so it can be used when traveling
Finally, Dad also added many requirements from a 3D printing perspective. That's how our co-created work was born
